I declare that the contribution attached is for a campaign in the State of Oklahoma, and the contribution was freely and voluntarily given by me from my personal property. I have not, directly or indirectly been compensated or reimbursed for the contribution. Oklahoma state law prohibits the acceptance of corporate contributions. State ethics laws prohibit any person or family from contributing more than $5,400 to any candidate during a campaign. Ethics rules define a family as "an individual, his or her spouse, if any, and all children under the age of eighteen (18) years residing in the same household." Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
